Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, optimize, and scale our digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PPC campaigns, campaign strategy, performance analysis, and measuring ROI.

This role requires someone who can take ownership of campaigns from setup to optimization and continuously identify opportunities to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, manage, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across relevant digital platforms.
• Manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Develop campaign strategies based on business objectives, target audiences, and marketing goals.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise campaigns based on data and insights.
• Track and analyse key performance metrics such as ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPL, conversion rate, and customer acquisition.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign research.
• Test and experiment with different ad creatives, copies, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Identify new opportunities and strategies to improve campaign performance and generate better business results.
• Manage and optimise advertising budgets effectively.
• Work closely with internal teams to align campaigns with overall business and growth objectives.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and share actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience in Performance Marketing, PPC, or Paid Media.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns independently from setup to optimisation.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads and other paid advertising platforms.
• Experience with campaign performance tracking and analytics.
• Good understanding of ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and other performance metrics.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimisation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyse data and convert insights into actionable campaign strategies.
• Ability to take ownership and experiment with new marketing strategies.
