2+ years of experience in performance/paid marketing Google Ads and Meta Ads certification preferred Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing is a plus Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads Set up tracking pixels, conversion events, and attribution models Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences Manage advertising budgets and maximize ROAS Generate weekly and monthly performance reports Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
