Performance Marketing Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Own and execute multi-channel performance marketing campaigns to drive conversions and revenue growth
• Lead the development and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies to optimize campaign performance
• Drive campaign optimization through A/B testing, analysis, and insights to inform future marketing decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and goals
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and inform future marketing strategies

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience with performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation, with experience using tools like Google Analytics
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and technologies
• Experience with campaign optimization techniques, including A/B testing and retargeting
