About the Role
Gurugram Bulls is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist/Manager with proven experience in digital marketing and the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should be proficient in paid advertising, lead generation, campaign optimization, and professional English communication with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Develop real estate lead-generation strategies to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
- Manage analytics, conversion tracking, and performance reports using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Communicate with international clients, present campaign results, and recommend growth strategies.
- Collaborate with creative, sales, and account management teams to achieve campaign objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Essential: Prior experience in real estate marketing or real estate lead generation.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Knowledge of campaign analytics, budget optimization, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical, client-handling, and problem-solving skills.
