Own paid and organic growth for Haeywa - plan and run performance campaigns (search, social, app installs), track CAC/ROAS, and work closely with product and content to turn spend into qualified signups for Indian SMEs. Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across search, social, and app-install channels
• Own budget allocation and track CAC, ROAS, and conversion metrics
• Run A/B tests on ad creative, landing pages, and targeting
• Collaborate with content and product teams to align campaigns with product launches
• Report on performance and recommend budget/strategy shifts

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with GA4, ad platform dashboards, and spreadsheets
• Experience marketing to SMBs or B2B audiences preferred
• Ability to work independently in a small, fast-moving team
