About the Role We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our media team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience planning and executing programmatic campaigns, with proven exposure to DV360, alongside strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, optimizing campaigns in real time, and managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns using
DV360 , including audience targeting, inventory selection, bid strategy, and creative trafficking
- Manage and scale paid campaigns across
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax) and
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Monitor daily campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-backed optimizations to improve key metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS)
- Conduct audience research, build targeting strategies, and test creative/messaging variations
- Track budgets and pacing across campaigns, ensuring spends align with client objectives
- Prepare and present performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders and clients
- Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging programmatic/ad-tech tools
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and client servicing teams to align campaign strategy with business goals
- Troubleshoot tracking, pixel, and tagging issues (GA4, GTM, Floodlight tags) as needed
Core Competencies / Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in performance marketing or digital media buying
- Hands-on experience executing campaigns on
DV360 (programmatic display, video, CTV)
- Practical, campaign-running experience (not just certification) in
Google Ads and
Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystem — DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, first/third-party data, audience segments
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis (pivot tables, basic formulas)
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Good communication skills for internal reporting and client-facing discussions
Good to Have
- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications
- Exposure to other DSPs (Amazon DSP, TheTradeDesk, etc.)
- Basic understanding of attribution models and incrementality testing
- Experience working across multiple client verticals (e-commerce, BFSI, D2C, etc.)
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Media, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
