Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Q-com growth - Youll own growth on Q-com platform through on app campaigns. Youll plan, execute, A/B Test, optimize aggressively and own performance end to end. Launch, analyze, optimize and iterate on-app campaigns to drive orders and repeat users. Own the full consumer funnel.
• Collaboration with cross functional teams - Form and execute monthly performance marketing plans with KAMs. Build and execute performance led strategies on meta google and other digital media to compliment q-com sales in alignment with platform and marketing teams.
• Regular settlement of claims in coordination with Finance team.
• Analytics and Reporting. Building dashboards / surface actionable insights to drive smarter decisions.

Qualifications

• MBA / B Tech

Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing (preferably digital first startups)
• Work Experience . 2-4 years
