Performance Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can drive user acquisition and growth through data-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels. This role sits at the intersection of growth, analytics, and performance optimisation and is critical to scaling user acquisition efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and other paid channels.
• Drive user acquisition, engagement and retention through data-backed strategies.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR and conversion rates.
• Continuously experiment with creatives, audience targeting, bidding strategies and landing pages to improve performance.
• Collaborate with design, product, and analytics teams to build high-performing campaigns.
• Identify new growth opportunities and channels for scaling acquisition.
• Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in performance marketing/growth marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Good understanding of marketing funnels, attribution and campaign optimisation.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign data.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
