ABOUT THE ROLE
Join us as a Performance Marketing Manager in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Full-Time, On-Site, joining within 30 days.
You will conduct market research, develop and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, analyze performance data, and optimize strategies for better results. You are accountable for driving traffic, conversions, and overall campaign effectiveness through end-to-end management of performance marketing activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Oversee website management, content creation, and SEO efforts to support marketing goals.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns end-to-end.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
