What Are We Looking For

A performance-driven Digital Marketing Associate who understands digital funnels, paid media, SEO, audience targeting, and data-driven decision-making.

Someone who’s analytical, creative, and result-oriented — with strong strategic thinking, team management skills, and the ability to drive campaigns that deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning

• Own end-to-end digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
  
• Plan campaign roadmaps, budgets, and growth strategies across channels
  
• Identify new opportunities, platforms, and approaches to scale performance
  Performance Marketing & Campaign Management
  
• Plan, create, and manage Meta & Google Ads campaigns end-to-end
  
• Define audience targeting, campaign structure, and execution strategy
  
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, leads, and conversions
  SEO & Organic Growth
  
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and traffic
  
• Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization
  
• Work on technical SEO aspects with developers/content team
  
• Track and improve organic performance metrics
  

Optimization & Growth

• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics
  
• Identify key trends and insights to scale successful campaigns
  
• Explore new channels and strategies for campaign expansion
  A/B Testing & Remarketing
  
• Propose and execute A/B tests across creatives, copies, and audiences
  
• Launch and optimize remarketing campaigns using custom audience segments
  
• Improve user engagement and conversion rates through data-backed testing
  Content & Creative Collaboration
  
• Write compelling ad copies aligned with campaign goals
  
• Collaborate with the design/digital team for high-performing creatives
  
• Guide visual direction for ads (images, videos, formats)
  Analytics & Reporting
  
• Track and evaluate key metrics like traffic, conversions, CPL, and ROI
  
• Generate detailed reports with actionable insights
  
• Ensure proper tracking, attribution, and campaign consistency
  Team Management & Leadership
  
• Manage and mentor the digital marketing team (performance + SEO)
  
• Assign tasks, review output, and ensure timely execution
  
• Drive team productivity and build a performance-driven culture
  Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
  
• Work closely with the sales team to align on lead quality and conversions
  
• Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies
  
• Present performance insights and strategic updates to leadership/CEO
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing
  
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO & Analytics tools
  
• Proven experience in strategy planning and execution
  
• Prior experience in team handling and cross-team coordination
  
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization, SEO, targeting & attribution
  
• Data-driven mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Creative thinker with a strong sense of ad copy and messaging
  
• Ability to multitask, manage budgets, and deliver results under deadlines
