Q-com growth - You'll own growth on Q-com platform through on-app campaigns. You'll plan, execute, A/B Test, optimize aggressively and own performance end to end. Launch, analyze, optimize and iterate on-app campaigns to drive orders and repeat users. Own the full consumer funnel.

- You'll plan, execute, A/B Test, optimize aggressively and own performance end to end.
- Launch, analyze, optimize and iterate on-app campaigns to drive orders and repeat users.
- Own the full consumer funnel.
- Form and execute monthly performance marketing plans with KAMs.
- Build and execute performance-led strategies on Meta, Google and other digital media to complement Q-com sales in alignment with platform and marketing teams.
- Regular settlement of claims in coordination with Finance team.
- Analytics and reporting - Building dashboards / surface actionable insights to drive smarter decisions.
Education
- MBA / B Tech.
Experience
- Work Experience: 2-4 years.
