Performance Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Performance marketing: Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms
• Product Vision: Bridge the gap between Performance delivery and the Ads ecosystem for our advertisers.
• Drive the Growth Engine: Own the end-to-end strategy for advertiser growth, retention, and monetization.
• Experimentation & Optimization: Design and execute A/B tests on bidding algorithms, ad formats, and onboarding flows to maximize customer lifetime value
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with internal teams on product positioning and promotions, and build scalable solutions.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry shifts (like privacy changes and AI-driven bidding) to ensure our ad products remain competitive.

Preferred candidate profile

• Performance Marketing : Strong knowledge of Ads landscape and platforms  and bidding strategies 
  Growth Mindset: A "test and learn" philosophy. You are comfortable with failing fast and doubling down on winning experiments.
• Project delivery: Management and delivery of projects with the highest levels of performance, reliability, usability, and customer delight
  Communication: The ability to explain high-level technical concepts (like attribution modeling) to non-technical stakeholders.
