Role Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end performance marketing for 3-5 client portfolios-setting KPIs, allocating budgets, and optimizing CAC/LTV ratios monthly.
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across Meta, TikTok
- Partner with creative teams to A/B test ad variations, landing pages, and CTAs-using heatmaps and session recordings to drive conversion lift.
- Lead weekly performance reviews with clients-translating data into actionable insights, forecasting growth, and adjusting strategies in real time.
- Develop playbooks and standard operating procedures to systematize campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across the team.
