Performance Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Own and manage all Meta Ads campaigns across multiple brands/projects.
• Plan campaign strategy, budgets, audiences and objectives.
• Monitor and optimise CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rates.
• Run structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, audiences, placements and landing pages.
• Identify underperforming campaigns quickly and take corrective action.
• Work closely with designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Manage retargeting, lookalike and prospecting campaigns.
• Ensure Meta Pixel, Conversion API and campaign tracking are correctly implemented.
• Analyse the complete funnel from ad click to lead/enrolment/conversion.
• Prepare clear weekly performance reports covering spend, results, learnings and next actions.
• Continuously identify opportunities to reduce acquisition costs and scale successful campaigns.
• Stay updated on Meta advertising changes, algorithms and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Strong experience managing and optimising performance campaigns.
• Proven ability to improve CPL/CPA and ROAS.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, CAPI and attribution.
• Comfortable analysing campaign and conversion data.
• Strong understanding of creative testing and performance marketing funnels.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns/brands simultaneously.
• Ability to take ownership without requiring constant supervision.
