Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a hands-on performance marketer who can generate high-quality wedding enquiries, not just leads.

You will own the journey:

Campaign Lead Qualification Sales Booking

You will work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality and optimise campaigns based on actual business outcomes.

A cheap lead that doesn't convert is still an expensive lead.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
• Develop strategies for qualified wedding lead generation.
• Test audiences, creatives, messaging, CTAs and landing pages.
• Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
• Track CPL, CPQL, conversion rates and campaign ROI.
• Work with CRM and lead-tracking systems.
• Set up and monitor pixels, GA4, GTM, UTMs and conversion tracking.
• Analyse sales feedback and optimise campaigns accordingly.
• Identify winning campaigns and scale budgets strategically.
• Explore new digital acquisition channels.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads.
• Proven experience in lead generation.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Understanding of CRM, tracking and attribution.
• Comfortable working with sales teams.
• Strong understanding of lead quality vs. lead volume.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on business outcomes.
• Ability to independently manage, analyse and optimise campaigns.
