Performance Marketing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth for the company's US operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement in Google Ads campaigns, funnel analysis, and AB testing.
• Analyze data to optimize ad spend, improve ROI, and inform business decisions using insights from GA reports.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field (e.g., digital agency).
• Strong understanding of Google Ads (GA) platform and ability to analyze its data effectively.
• Experience with conversion optimization techniques such as A/B testing and funnel analysis.
• Familiarity with GTM (Google Tag Manager) setup and implementation.
