Job Title:  Performance Manager – Social Media
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: All Sundays + 2nd & 4th Saturday
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Salary Range: RS 7 LPA to RS 10 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search engine advertising.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted promotional campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of performance analytics, including Google Analytics tracking codes setup.
• Proven track record of success in managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
• Experience working with e-commerce businesses or similar industries.
