About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility through data-driven campaigns. The role will focus on E-commerce performance marketing with hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics-driven optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Performance Marketing Team

Plan, execute paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for e-commerce.

Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.

Manage and optimize budgets to ensure maximum ROI and ROAS.

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, GTM, and other marketing analytics tools.

Plan, execute & measure experiments and conversion tests

Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Implement A/B testing strategies across campaigns, creatives, and audiences.

Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Work closely with the team to identify ad optimization and create reports

Key Skills & Qualifications

8-15+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing with a strong focus on E-commerce.

Proven expertise in managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Sheets.

Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and data-driven decision making.

Knowledge of SEO basics, remarketing, and retargeting strategies is a plus.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
