Minimum Requirement Relevant Experience – 4 to 6 years of post-MBA experience. Skills –
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
2. 4–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in Real Estate.
3. Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
4. Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and Microsoft Clarity.
5. Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and lead lifecycle management.
6. Experience working with landing pages, lead funnels, and marketing automation platforms.
7. Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with a data-first approach.
8. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
9. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
10. Knowledge of SEO and organic marketing is an added advantage.
11. Experience with AI-enabled marketing tools for campaign optimization and productivity is preferred.
