Performance Marketing Manager Meta & Google Ads

This is a hands-on role. You will be inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads every day, owning accounts end to end: structure, targeting, bidding, creative testing, measurement, and scaling.

The one thing we care about above everything else: a proven track record of growing spend on an account while improving ROAS (or CPL/CAC), not just holding it steady.

What You'll do

• Own planning, setup, and daily optimisation of Meta campaigns (Ads Manager, Advantage+, Events Manager, Pixel and Conversions API) and Google campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Demand Gen) across a portfolio of client accounts
• Build and execute scale-up plans: budget pacing, bid strategy changes, audience expansion, campaign consolidation, and creative volume, with clear efficiency guardrails at every step
• Run structured creative and landing page tests with our creative and social teams, and feed the learnings back into briefs
• Own measurement: conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, first-party data flows, and attribution in Growth OS, so reported numbers hold up against actual revenue
• Diagnose underperformance fast and fix it: auction insights, search terms, placements, frequency, creative fatigue, tracking gaps
• Report to clients with number-first storytelling: what happened, why, and what changes next
• Stay on top of platform changes and bring new betas, features, and approaches to the team

What we are looking for

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on paid media experience with direct, day-to-day management of Meta and Google accounts; agency experience across multiple industries is a plus
• Demonstrable results: at least one account where you scaled spend meaningfully (for example, 2x or more) while improving ROAS or CAC. Be ready to walk us through the before-and-after numbers and exactly what you changed
• Deep working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, Pixel and Conversions API, Advantage+ campaigns, Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, Demand Gen), Google Ads Editor, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
• Comfortable with numbers: funnel math, CAC and LTV, marginal ROAS, and how to read a test properly; strong in Sheets or Excel
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients
• Curious, self-directed, and honest about what's working and what isn't

Good to Have

• Meta Certified Media Buying Professional or other Meta Blueprint certifications
• Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Measurement)
• Experience with lead-generation funnels that run through WhatsApp and a CRM
• Exposure to LinkedIn Ads, programmatic, or app campaigns
• Landing page and CRO experience

How we'll select

The process is built around what you can actually do in the tools.

1. Hands-on assessment – A live working session in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. We'll give you a brief and a scenario (for example, an account that has plateaued at a given spend) and ask you to structure it, set it up, and explain your optimisation plan.
2. Case presentation – Walk the team through your scaling case in detail. We'll dig into the numbers.
