Location: Gurugram (Work from Office) | Mon-Sat, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

About the Role
Kiganto is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own paid campaigns, lead a team, and drive measurable growth for our business and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Taboola.
- Own ad budgets and hit targets for ROAS, CPL, CAC, CPA, and CTR.
- Build full-funnel campaigns for lead generation and conversion.
- Optimize landing pages and run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and offers.
- Set up and track performance using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel/CAPI.
- Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with management and clients.
- Lead, mentor, and manage junior performance marketers.
- Work with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ads.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Taboola is a plus).
- Proven experience in lead generation, landing page optimization, and retargeting.
- Good knowledge of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and attribution.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
- Team handling experience and good communication/client-handling skills.
What Success Looks Like (KPIs)
Lead quality and conversion rate, CPL/CAC/CPA efficiency, ROAS and revenue from paid campaigns, and team productivity.
