The Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Leader to own and scale our performance marketing engine across channels. This is a highly numbers-driven leadership role for someone who can translate business goals into acquisition strategy, build high-performing teams, and relentlessly improve leads, conversions, CAC, revenue, and ROI.

The ideal candidate has 10-14 years of experience, including mandatory experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, and has demonstrated the ability to build and scale performance marketing engines at significant scale.

What You Will Own:

- Own the overall performance marketing strategy and P&L across paid acquisition channels.

- Drive the full funnel - from traffic and lead generation to applications, enrolments and revenue.

- Set and deliver aggressive targets for CAC, CPL, conversion rates, ROAS, revenue and marketing efficiency.

- Build and continuously optimise acquisition strategies across Google, Meta and other relevant performance channels.

- Develop a rigorous funnel analytics and experimentation framework to identify conversion bottlenecks and growth opportunities.

- Partner closely with sales, Product, Analytics, Creative and Business teams to improve lead quality and downstream conversion.

- Own budget allocation and channel-level performance, making data-backed decisions on where to scale or cut spend.

- Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide clear visibility into performance and business impact.

- Lead a high-performing performance marketing team, including hiring, goal-setting, coaching and performance management.

- Drive a culture of testing, speed, accountability and continuous optimisation.

- Identify new channels, audiences, platforms and growth levers to unlock incremental scale.

What Were Looking For:

- 10-14 years of relevant experience in performance/growth marketing.

Mandatory:

- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup where scale and speed of execution were critical.

- Strong track record of owning large performance marketing budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes.

- Exceptional understanding of the complete acquisition funnel and conversion economics.

- Deep expertise in paid acquisition, particularly Google and Meta.

- Strong command of metrics such as CAC, CPL, CPA, CVR, ROAS, LTV, payback and contribution margins.

- Demonstrated ability to significantly improve conversion rates and marketing efficiency, not just generate traffic or leads.

- Highly analytical and comfortable working with large datasets and performance dashboards.

- Strong commercial understanding and ability to connect marketing metrics to revenue and business growth.

- Experience managing and scaling high-performing teams.

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Bias for action - comfortable operating with ambiguity, tight timelines and constantly changing priorities.
