Performance Marketing Lead

• Digital Marketing Expert- Meta Ads, Google Ads Expert,
• The candidate must be highly analytical and comfortable working with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify analytics, pixels/conversion tracking and Excel/Google Sheets.
• The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with proven experience in scaling D2C/e-commerce brands.
• The role will involve planning, launching and optimizing campaigns, audience targeting, retargeting, budget allocation, creative testing and continuously improving ROAS, CAC and overall advertising profitability.
• This is not just an Ads Manager role. The candidate will also be responsible for improving the complete D2C funnel identifying winning products and offers, analyzing Shopify performance, improving landing/product pages, increasing conversion rates and working with the creative team to continuously test new ad creatives, hooks and campaigns.
