Performance Marketing Lead

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own ROAS across every paid channel like Meta, Google and other platform.

• Turn ad spend into new customers, not just retargeting.

• Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Shopify, and other platforms to drive user acquisition and customer acquisition.
  
• Conduct A/B testing on digital campaigns to optimize performance and improve ROI.
  
• Manage CAC (Cost per Acquisition) targets for various sales campaigns.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts across channels.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or related field.

• Must be from Clothing, footwear, accessories or similar category and handled high AOV products.
  
• Strong understanding of Paid Marketing principles, including Facebook Marketing and Google AdWords.
  
• Proficiency in managing multiple ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords Editor, etc.
  
• Experience with Shopify e-commerce platform is an added advantage.
