Performance Marketing Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is interested in digital advertising, paid campaigns, and lead generation. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, leads, CTR, CPC, and CPL.
• Support lead-generation and paid advertising activities.
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
• Help optimize campaigns to improve results and reduce costs.
• Prepare campaign reports and analyse performance.
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and content.
• Learn campaign tracking and performance measurement.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.
• Basic knowledge of CTR, CPC, and CPL.
• Analytical skills and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:

• BMS, BBA, BMM, BSc IT, or a related field.
• Candidates who have completed a Digital Marketing course are preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Stipend: 7,00010,000 per month
