About the Role
We are launching a B2B app that automates content creation and are looking for a performance marketer/growth expert who has a proven track record of scaling revenue for a business.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the complete performance marketing and revenue growth function
* Develop strategies to acquire customers and increase revenue
* Run and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other platforms
* Build and optimise the complete funnel from lead generation conversion revenue
* Identify the right target audience, positioning, offers and acquisition channels
* Continuously test creatives, audiences, campaigns and landing pages
* Track CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, LTV and overall revenue growth
* Scale campaigns while maintaining healthy acquisition economics
* Work closely with sales, product and content teams to improve conversions
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in performance marketing / growth
* Proven experience of scaling revenue for any business
* Strong understanding of paid acquisition and conversion funnels
* Must be highly data-driven and commercially focused
* Experience in B2B, SaaS or app marketing is a plus, not mandatory
* Someone who thinks beyond clicks and leads and focuses on actual revenue
