About a minute. You'll make an account on the way through.
About this role
ElestaBiz builds a website and online-store builder for Indian small businesses - shops, restaurants, studios and service providers - so they can get online without technical help. We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive to run the paid campaigns that bring new businesses to ElestaBiz.
What you will do
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, within an approved monthly budget.
• Report every week on spend, sign-ups, cost per sign-up and cost per paying customer.
• Brief our designers and content writer on the creatives each campaign needs.
• Test audiences, ads and landing pages, and keep a record of what changed and what worked.
• Work only in the company's own ad accounts, with the tracking tools the company has approved.
About the role
• Fixed-term employment for 12 months, renewable by mutual agreement.
• Remote: you work from home, anywhere in Andhra Pradesh.
Requirements
• Hands-on experience running Meta or Google ads - an internship, freelance work or your own project counts.
• Comfortable with numbers: you can read a campaign report and explain what changed and why.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
• Clear written English. Telugu is a plus.
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work from home in Andhra Pradesh.
Benefits
• Company laptop provided, delivered to your home before you join.
• Remote working allowance of 1,000 a month towards internet and electricity.
• 15 days' earned leave, 12 days' sick leave and 12 days' casual leave a year, plus paid national and festival holidays.
• Paid maternity leave as Andhra Pradesh law provides; 5 days' paternity leave and 3 days' bereavement leave.
• A small, early team where your work ships to real customers.
How to apply
Apply with your CV. If you have run ad campaigns before - for an employer, a client or your own project - tell us what you spent and what it achieved.
