About this role
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Facebook & Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing and scaling our clients ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid advertising, digital marketing, be analytical, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI by analyzing data and adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting.
- Track website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Conduct competitor research and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to execute marketing campaigns.
- Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best marketing practices.
