About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Monitor daily performance and optimise for efficiency and results
- Drive lead generation and ensure accurate conversion tracking
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare actionable reports
- Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and data issues
- Evaluate creatives and landing pages to improve performance
- Design and run A/B tests to enhance effectiveness
- Conduct competitor and market research to inform strategy
- Manage budget allocation, spend, and pacing
- Optimise audience segmentation and targeting
- 4 5 years of relevant experience in performance/digital marketing
- Must have at least 3 4 years of experience in the Digital Media and Events business
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong skills in campaign optimisation, audience targeting, keyword research, and budget/bid management
- Experience with lead generation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
- Proficiency in GA4, GTM, and conversion/UTM tracking
- Experience running A/B tests and interpreting results
- Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
- Solid data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (primary design tool)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
