Performance Marketing Executive | Google Ads & Meta Ads | Remote

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
• Create, manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
• Monitor and optimize ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CAC and conversion rates.
• Manage advertising budgets and campaign performance.
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, GA4 and conversion tracking.
• Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create regular campaign performance reports and share insights with the team.
• Work with designers to suggest and improve ad creatives.
• Manage multiple eCommerce/D2C client accounts.

Required Skills

• 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and budgets.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPC, CAC and conversion tracking.
• Hands-on experience with GA4 and Meta Pixel.
• Understanding of Shopify and eCommerce marketing.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Preferred

• Experience running ads for D2C, Shopify or eCommerce brands.
• Knowledge of Google Merchant Center.
• Understanding of audience targeting and retargeting.
• Experience with Google Shopping and Performance Max.
