Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to build brand awareness across websites, online media, social platforms, and email channels.
• Plan and manage the digital marketing activity calendar aligned with approved annual marketing and event plans.
• Collaborate closely with regional and store teams to deliver the right message to customers at the right time through integrated marketing efforts.
• Build, maintain, and optimize campaign schedules, annual marketing calendars, and digital marketing budgets to maximize advertising effectiveness.
• Act as a digital marketing expert by identifying creative campaign ideas, strengthening existing campaigns, and tracking competitive marketing strategies.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and corporate branding across all digital touchpoints, communications, and advertising executions.
• Plan, develop, and execute digital campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives to support brand growth and sales targets for Malabar Gold & Diamonds.
• Conduct market and competitor research, oversee social media presence, analyze campaign performance, and recommend improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness.
