About the Role

We are looking for a results-drivenPerformance Marketer to lead and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Google Shopping, and emerging digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in paid media strategy, campaign optimization, analytics, and ROI-driven growth, along with an understanding of AI-powered marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Paid Media Management: Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Shopping, and emerging paid media platforms.
• Campaign Strategy: Develop full-funnel paid media strategies aligned with business objectives, revenue targets, and customer acquisition goals.
• Conversion Optimization: Conduct A/B testing across creatives, ad copies, landing pages, audiences, and messaging to improve conversion rates.
• Data & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance using GA4, attribution platforms, dashboards, and predictive analytics tools to identify growth opportunities.
• Budget & ROI Management: Manage significant media budgets while optimizing CPA, ROAS, CAC, CLTV, and overall marketing ROI.
• Inventory & Demand-Based Marketing: Align media strategies with inventory availability, product demand, seasonal trends, promotions, and sales cycles.
• Creative Optimization: Work closely with creative teams to develop and test high-performing static, video, UGC, and dynamic creatives.
• AI-Driven Marketing: Leverage AI tools and automation to improve campaign targeting, creative development, audience segmentation, forecasting, and real-time optimization.
• Retargeting & CRM: Develop advanced retargeting and lifecycle marketing strategies in collaboration with CRM and retention teams.
• Performance Reporting: Build and present regular performance reports, highlighting insights, challenges, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Real-Time Optimization: Continuously identify campaign inefficiencies and take data-driven corrective actions to improve performance.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide performance marketing team members and collaborate with creative, merchandising, sales, technology, and business teams.
• Platform Innovation: Stay updated with the latest developments in paid media, AI-powered advertising, automation, attribution, and emerging platforms.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing, preferably with an agency or e-commerce/D2C environment.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Shopping, Performance Max, and remarketing.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC, CLTV, conversion rate, attribution, and funnel optimization.
• Experience managing and scaling performance marketing budgets.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and analytics/reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable strategies.
• Experience with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Google Performance Max, Meta AI Targeting, Smartly.io, Adzooma, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway ML, or similar tools will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• E-commerce, D2C, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience will be preferred.
