We're looking for a confident Performance Marketer to grow our D2C brand through Meta ads. This is a fun, hands-on opportunity to test creative ideas, work with a collaborative team, and see the direct impact of your campaigns.

What you'll do

• Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
• Manage budgets, audiences, retargeting, and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the creative team to test ads, messaging, and formats.
• Track CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue, then share clear recommendations.

Required experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience running Meta ads for D2C brands.
• A strong understanding of the D2C business model, customer journey, acquisition, retention, and unit economics.
• A track record of improving campaign performance.

Skills

• Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and attribution.
• Data analysis and confident, data-backed decision-making.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Charismatic communication and a team-player mindset.
