Performance Marketer

Role & responsibilities

• Campaign Execution & Optimization: Assist in setting up, monitoring, and daily budget tracking for paid ad campaigns.
• A/B Testing & Creative Analysis: Help test ad copy, visual assets, headlines, and landing pages to identify top-performing elements.
• Data & Performance Reporting: Extract daily and weekly metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversions) into reporting dashboards.
• Target Audience Research: Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine audience targeting and buyer personas.
• Landing Page Optimization: Work alongside design and content teams to ensure landing pages align with ad messaging and convert efficiently.
• Channel Support: Assist with paid search (SEM), paid social, and display advertising efforts.

Preferred candidate profile

• Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV).
• Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented with a drive to learn growth marketing strategies rapidly.
