Performance Marketer

Role & responsibilities

Makhanchor Media runs Meta and Google ad funnels for coaching and education businesses across India. This is a hands-on execution role strategy comes from the founder and senior team, and you make it happen in the ad accounts.

• Set up and launch Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns exactly as briefed: campaign structure, ad sets, audiences, budgets, placements, copy and creative uploads
• Make requested changes (budget shifts, pausing ads, new creatives, audience updates) accurately and on time, with a note on what changed
• Pull daily and weekly numbers into Google Sheets: spend, leads, CPL, conversions. Flag anything that looks off before anyone asks
• Coordinate with editors and designers to get ad creatives produced and uploaded on schedule
• Check tracking is working (Pixel firing, UTMs correct, leads landing in the sheet) and raise it immediately when it isn't
• Keep ad accounts tidy: naming conventions, no duplicates, no ads left running that should be paused
• Learn how funnels are built and scaled, and document what you learn.

Preferred candidate profile

• 13 years hands-on in Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads you've built campaigns yourself
• Comfortable in Google Sheets: basic formulas, keeping trackers updated
• Understands CPL, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, and what a lead-gen funnel is
• Reliable and detail-oriented — instructions get done correctly the first time
• Clear written English; most instructions and reporting happen on WhatsApp and Sheets
• Quiet workspace and stable internet for full-time remote work
• Good to have: coaching/ed-tech/webinar ad experience, Meta Pixel or Google Tag basics.
