About the Role

We are looking for a performance marketer who can plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid marketing campaigns to generate quality leads, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and market research.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
• Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking and campaign analytics.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with the content, design, and sales teams for campaign execution.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and changes in digital advertising platforms.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing/digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Good understanding of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage advertising budgets effectively.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
