Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Expert to plan, execute, optimize, and scale Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for multiple clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, conversion optimization, audience targeting, and campaign performance analysis. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL and ROAS. Set up and manage Meta Business Manager, Ad Accounts, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API (CAPI). Conduct audience research using Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and InterestBased Targeting. Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and campaign strategies. Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS. Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability. Coordinate with the Graphic Design and Content teams to develop high-converting creatives. Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights. Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, platform updates, and industry trends. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager. Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and Event Tracking. Understanding of Lead Generation, Sales Funnels, and Conversion Optimization. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign metrics. Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Meta Blueprint Certification will be an added advantage. Experience with CRM integrations and landing page optimization is preferred. Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
