Performance Marketer - Meta Ads / ABM Campaigns

Enrich Labs is a Venture studio which has few products like InboxKit which is a email infrastructure provider.

We are hiring a Performance Marketer to own paid acquisition end to end: Meta Ads for demand, plus account-based ad campaigns on Meta, X and LinkedIn aimed at our highest-value accounts (cold email agencies, AI-SDR companies and other high-volume senders). You will own spend, creative testing, tracking and results, measured in signups, booked calls and revenue, not clicks.

Roles and responsibilities

Meta Ads (end to end)

• Build and own the Meta Ads strategy for each product: audiences, funnel stages, offers and

budget split.

• Design and run a structured A/B testing roadmap across audiences, hooks, creatives, formats

and landing pages.

• Launch, manage and optimize campaigns daily: bids, budgets, placements, frequency and

creative fatigue.

• Scale winners and kill losers fast, using clear rules tied to cost per signup and cost per paid

customer.

• Run retargeting for website visitors, unpaid signups and engaged audiences.

ABM campaigns (Meta, X, LinkedIn)

• Turn our target account lists (Tier 1 agencies, AI-SDRs, platforms and Dream 100) into

matched audiences on Meta, X and LinkedIn.

• Run account-level ad programs that warm up accounts before and alongside outbound, in

sync with the cold email and sales teams.

• Use X and LinkedIn targeting such as competitor followers, influencer audiences, job titles

and company lists.

• Support product launches and PR campaigns with paid amplification on X and LinkedIn.
• Track account engagement and hand warm accounts to sales.

Creative

• Write ad copy and briefs for static, video and UGC-style ads, tailored per persona and pain

point.

• Produce fast creative iterations with AI tools and the in-house editor, and keep a running

library of what works.

• Feed winning angles back to the outbound, content and landing page teams.

Tracking, landing pages and reporting

• Own pixel, Conversions API, UTM and event setup with engineering, so every signup and

booked call is attributed.

• Work with the web team on landing page tests and conversion rate improvements.
• Report weekly on spend, CTR, CPC, cost per signup, cost per paid customer, meetings

booked, revenue and ROAS by channel and campaign.

• Keep a shared log of tests, results and learnings, and propose next week's plan

Ownership

• Manage the paid budget against agreed targets and flag waste early.
• Work closely with the founders, GTM, sales and social teams; manage any external ad

specialists or agencies.

• Track competitor ad activity and bring new channel and format ideas

Mandatory Requirement

Prior B2B or SaaS marketing experience is mandatory. Candidates without

relevant B2B or SaaS experience will not be considered.
