Performance Marketer | Google Ads + Meta Ads
We're building a D2C beauty brand. We're looking for someone who knows how to make every rupee work harder.
Someone who understands performance, not just platforms.
What you'll own
* Google Ads — Search, Shopping, Performance Max and scaling profitable campaigns.
* Meta Ads — acquisition, retargeting, creative testing and scaling.
* ROAS, CAC, conversion rates and the numbers that actually move a business.
* Budget allocation, campaign optimisation and finding opportunities others miss.
* Turning data into decisions, fast.
Who you are
* 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
* Stronger on Google Ads, with solid Meta Ads expertise.
* Have managed real budgets and can demonstrate results.
* Street-smart, analytical and commercially sharp.
* You know when to scale, when to cut and when the data is telling you something others aren't seeing.
D2C or e-commerce experience is a big plus.
No vanity metrics. No excuses. Just smart execution and measurable growth.
If you know how to scale an online business profitably, send us your profile, brands you've worked with, campaign results and expected compensation.
Monvue. Let's make the numbers move
