Performance Marketer(Creative Strategist)Remote

Role & responsibilities

• Ideate, develop, and make high-performing ad creatives (images, videos, headlines, and descriptions) for Google Performance Max (PMax) campaigns.
• Drive mobile app installs and in-app purchases as the primary campaign objectives.
• Strong working knowledge of CAC, ROAS, and LTV, using these metrics to guide creative decisions and keep CAC efficient.
• Create ad creatives and campaign assets for Meta Ads, app campaigns, affiliates, and influencer marketing.
• Collaborate closely with creative, product, SEO, and content teams to align messaging with performance goals.
• Analyze creative and data trends and share actionable insights with leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

• 37 years of performance marketing experience for B2C brands or digital platforms.
• Proven track record of creating ads for Google Performance Max (PMax) that drove app installs and in-app purchases.
• Demonstrated CAC reduction through creative testing and optimization.
• Hands-on experience in creative ideation and ad making for performance campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and cohort-level analysis.
• Understanding of subscription/D2C app monetization: trial-to-paid conversion, renewals, and LTV by cohort.
• Comfort building campaigns and content for a pan-India, multi-lingual audience (Hindi and regional languages).
• Experience marketing apps in astrology, spirituality, or wellness is a strong plus.
• Ability to work with astrologers, content, and product teams to turn astrology and AI offerings into high-converting campaign narratives.
• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely with clear communication and accountability.
