About this role
- Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Handle and optimize 45 lakh+ monthly advertising budgets
- Generate high-quality leads and improve lead-to-sale conversion
- Develop paid marketing strategies based on business goals and target audience
- Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate and ROI
- Test and optimize audiences, creatives, ad copies and landing pages
- Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions
- Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports
- Implement and monitor Meta Pixel, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, GA4 and Google Tag ManagerRole & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
