• Motion & Slow-Mo Graphics: Transform raw video footage and static photos into fluid, high-end motion assets using speed-ramping, slow-motion effects, camera tracking, and parallax transitions.
• A/B Testing & Variations: Produce multiple iterations of high-performing creatives (testing different visual hooks, text overlays, color palettes, and angles) based on performance ad metrics.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain sharp visual standards and brand identity across every video edit, motion graphic, and ad layout.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Design & Motion Tools: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (or CapCut Pro/DaVinci Resolve).
• AI Video Tools Experience: Practical hands-on experience using generative AI platforms (e.g., Runway, Sora, Kling, Luma, Midjourney, or Adobe Firefly).
• Ad Aesthetics & Specs: In-depth knowledge of social media aspect ratios (9:16, 4:5, 1:1), platform safe zones, pacing, and retention tactics.
• Visual Storytelling: Excellent grasp of typography, color grading, compositing, speed ramping, and slow-motion video editing.
• Speed & Quality: Ability to deliver quick-turnaround creative variations without sacrificing visual polish.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working with an e-commerce brand, performance marketing agency, or high-growth social media account.
• Familiarity with basic prompt engineering for AI image and video tools.
• Understanding of basic ad metrics (CTR, retention rate) to design creatives informed by real performance data.
