We are seeking a skilled Performance Engineer with expertise in JMeter and Dynatrace to join our dynamic team in India. Responsibilities

Design and execute performance tests using JMeter to ensure application scalability and reliability.
Monitor application performance using Dynatrace and analyze results to identify bottlenecks.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to define performance criteria and testing strategies.
Identify, analyze, and report performance issues, making recommendations for improvements.
Generate detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Continuously research and implement best practices for performance testing and monitoring.

Skills and Qualifications

6-8 years of experience in performance engineering with a strong focus on JMeter and Dynatrace.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Groovy, or Python for test automation.
Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience with CI/CD tools and integration of performance testing in DevOps pipelines.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and logs to troubleshoot and diagnose issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
