• 5-8 years of experience in Performance Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Production Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Experience supporting large-scale, high-transaction distributed systems.
• Strong experience working with global enterprise applications.

Performance Testing

Hands-on expertise with one or more:

• LoadRunner
• JMeter
• Gatling
• k6
• BlazeMeter
• Locust

Experience in:

• Load Testing
• Stress Testing
• Endurance Testing
• Spike Testing
• Capacity Planning
• Performance Benchmarking

Observability & Monitoring

Strong knowledge of:

• AppDynamics
• Dynatrace
• Grafana
• Prometheus
• Splunk
• OpenTelemetry
• ELK Stack

Ability to analyze:

• Application metrics
• Distributed tracing
• Business transactions
• Infrastructure metrics
