Performance Creative Associate

Responsibilities:

• Produce ad creative, images, and videos at the pace campaigns need.
• Build variations for testing and iterate on what performs.
• Work directly with the founders, from brief to finished asset.
• Keep the creative bank organized and current.
• Work on every asset to the Peak brand system.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience producing marketing or advertising creative. This role is about proven output, not potential.
• Very strong with Canva.
• Fluent with AI generative image and video tools.
• Good communication: you will work with the founders daily and need to take a brief, ask the right questions, and come back with the right thing.
• A portfolio of ads you actually made.
