About the Role

We are looking for a Performance & Growth Marketing Lead to drive subscriber acquisition and growth for Sun Direct GO through paid digital channels. This role is numbers-driven, focused on scaling subscriptions efficiently while maintaining strong unit economics.

You will work closely with performance agencies, product, and data teams to optimise the full acquisition funnel and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive subscriber acquisition via Google and Meta platforms.
• Own performance marketing strategy, budgets, and monthly growth targets.
• Optimise the full funnel: installs Register paid subscriptions renewals.
• Manage and optimise campaigns with a strong focus on CAC, CPS, and ROI.
• Lead performance experimentation across creatives, offers, and conversion flows.
• Work closely with Product to improve onboarding, paywalls, and trial journeys.
• Manage and evaluate external performance agencies for delivery and efficiency.
• Track, analyse, and report performance metrics to stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

Required

• 6 to 10 years of experience in performance or growth marketing (OTT, telecom, D2C, consumer apps).
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven track record of driving paid subscriptions.
• Deep understanding of CAC, CPS, LTV, and funnel metrics.
• Experience managing agencies and media budgets.

Preferred

• Experience with subscription-based or OTT platforms.
• Exposure to regional or multi-lingual marketing.
