Role Overview

This is a critical leadership role supporting PepsiCo's upcoming Greenfield Foods manufacturing project and subsequently leading the Maintenance & Reliability function for the live plant.

The role will be responsible for:

• End-to-end Greenfield project execution
• Civil, Structural, MEP, Utilities and Process-line construction management
• Engineering commissioning and handover
• Maintenance & Reliability management of plant assets post commissioning
• Utility systems, sustainability initiatives, renewable energy, ZLD and IGBC projects
• TPM, asset care, reliability engineering, RCA and SAP-PM systems
• Building and leading the Engineering & Maintenance team

Key Requirements

• Engineering Degree (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
• 12+ years of relevant experience
• Strong Greenfield/Brownfield project execution experience
• Experience in Food, Beverage, FMCG, Manufacturing or Process Industries
• Expertise in Utilities, MEP, HVAC, WTP/ETP/ZLD, Refrigeration, Warehousing and Asset Reliability
• Experience in Maintenance Systems, TPM, Reliability Engineering and SAP-PM
• Strong contractor, vendor and stakeholder management skills
