Peoplesoft Technical Developer

We are looking for an experienced **PeopleSoft Developer** with strong expertise in **FSCM modules**, **PeopleCode**, **Application Engine**, and building interfaces from scratch. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, deliver high-quality solutions, and collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Development & Customization:**
- Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft applications using **PeopleCode**, **Application Engine**, **Component Interfaces**, and **Integration Broker**.
- Customize FSCM modules to meet business requirements.
- **Interface Development:**
- Build and implement interfaces from scratch for data exchange between PeopleSoft and external systems.
- Ensure data integrity and performance optimization in integrations.
- **Technical Analysis & Design:**
- Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop technical solutions adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- **Performance & Troubleshooting:**
- Optimize PeopleSoft applications for performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and non-production environments.
- **Independent Delivery:**
- Work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Manage timelines and deliverables effectively.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

- 8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development.
- Proficiency in **PeopleCode**, **Application Engine**, **Component Interfaces**, and **Integration Broker**.
- Good understanding of **FSCM modules** (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Purchasing, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in **building interfaces from scratch** and integrating with third-party systems.
- Solid understanding of **PeopleSoft architecture**, **workflow**, and **security**.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for data manipulation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with **PeopleTools upgrades** and **patching**.
- Familiarity with **REST/SOAP web services** and **API integrations**.
- Knowledge of **PeopleSoft Fluid UI** and **WorkCenters**.
- Exposure to **cloud environments** and **automation tools**.
