About this role
Job Title: PeopleSoft Payroll Support Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Support payroll and benefits interfaces within PeopleSoft HR ERP.
- Collaborate with payroll teams across different to support payroll processing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical payroll issues.
- Work on the user stories on the new requirements
- Collaborate with technical and security teams to resolve issues
- Resolve ServiceNow tickets.
- Support benefit interfaces (good to have).
Skills:
- Past experience in supporting PeopleSoft payroll interfaces.
- Experienced on supporting North American Payroll
- Requirement gathering; writing complex payroll and benefits design documents
- Working knowledge of PSQuery and SQLs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of base benefits will be added advantage.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM.
- Should have worked atleast on one payroll support project.
- Ability to work independently with the customer.
