Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Payroll and Benefits to support business requirements, configuration, payroll processing, and integrations. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and handle end-to-end functional activities across PeopleSoft HCM Payroll and Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze Payroll & Benefits requirements with business stakeholders.
• Configure and support PeopleSoft HCM Payroll and Benefits modules.
• Handle payroll processing, pay calculations, retro processing, off-cycle payroll, adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Work on North America Payroll and/or Global Payroll based on project requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications, business process documents, and configuration documentation.
• Support payroll interfaces and third-party benefit/vendor integrations.

Mandatory Skills

• PeopleSoft HCM Functional 8+ years
• Strong hands-on Payroll & Benefits
• PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 & PeopleTools
• Strong understanding of payroll business processes
• Benefits Administration & Benefits Enrollment
• Payroll interfaces and third-party benefit/vendor integrations
• North America Payroll / Global Payroll experience
